Rich Boullie joined Bell Hardware in 1993 after graduating from Oregon Institute of Technology. As a Project Manager for over 20 years, Rich has worked extensively in all aspects of the commercial hardware industry. Bell Hardware of Redding has been serving the Northern California marketplace with projects such as schools, hospitals, office buildings, government facilities, churches, banks, and airports for over 30 years.
