The Door and Hardware Institure
Bell Hardware is an active member of The Door and Hardware Institute (DHI), the professional association dedicated to the architectural opening industry.
Through DHI we have on staff Architectural Hardware Consultants (AHCs) who are trained to recognize the requirements for door openings in all types of public, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.
Based on NFPA80, Standard for Fire Doors and Other Opening Protectives, we have on staff a Fire Door Inspector (FDAI) certified to inspect your fire-rated door assemblies for compliance.
